If the wood or wood waste used as fuel has been treated with a product containing chromium, copper or arsenic, the fuel burning equipment must have a rated power equal to or greater than 3 MW and must not emit into the atmosphere(1) particles in excess of 100 mg/Rm3 of dry gas in the case of existing fuel burning equipment, or 70 mg/Rm3 of dry gas in the case of new equipment; or
(2) chromium, copper or arsenic in such manner that the contaminant concentrations in the atmosphere exceed the concentrations listed in Schedule G, using an air dispersion model in accordance with Schedule H.
